Shifty is a simple tool to share files on LANs. With an interface similar to a P2P file transfer client, you just have to select which files or folders to be shared.

With Shifty you can see the status of the transfer at all times, the total file size, the completed percentage and the download speed. But also, with Shifty you can establish chats or exchange instant text messages with other users of the same LAN.

With Shifty you can share any type of file with any other user of the same LAN, with no breaks or other bad things typical of Windows explorer when sharing files on a network.
